Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support residents with meals and dining services at our Huntington, WV facility. You will help set up dining areas, assist with meal preparation under supervision, and ensure on-time delivery of trays while maintaining hygienic standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and physical stamina in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a dietary aide with culinary and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines for food service.
• Ability to prepare meals according to instructions and use kitchen equipment efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under guidance of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays to rooms on time.
• Assist in post-meal cleanup and dispose of leftovers.
• Maintain hygiene and clean food stations; wash dishes and utensils.
• Monitor ingredient stock and assist with inventory.
