Job summary

The Waters of Maryville is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support residents' dining experiences in a warm, home-like environment. You will prepare meals under supervision, serve trays, and help maintain clean dining areas.

Responsibilities include complying with sanitation standards, assisting with inventory, and supporting the dietary team to ensure timely meal service and high-quality nourishment for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dietary aide with culinary and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to prepare meals per instructions using kitchen equipment.
• Friendly with strong communication.
• Physically fit for fast-paced environment.
• HS diploma or equivalent; food service cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas and tables with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under guidance of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays to designated rooms.
• Assist in post-meal cleanup and collect utensils.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing leftovers and taking out garbage.
• Keep stations clean and wash dishes and equipment.
• Monitor ingredient stock and maintain inventory.
• Contribute to upkeep of kitchen equipment.
