Cambridge House of Maryville is seeking a dedicated kitchen/dining staff member to serve meals that meet dietary needs while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area for residents in Maryville, IL. You will assist with food preparation, adhere to safety standards, and foster a caring environment aligned with the community’s values.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and complete ServSafe within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start date
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity

Responsabilités

• Serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents in consideration of dietary preferences and restrictions
• Prepares dining areas, providing a clean and welcoming environment for resident social gatherings and meals
• Assists in maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner in line with our values of love, compassion, and dignity
