Job summary

Hickory Recovery is hiring a Dietary Aide in Cambridge, OH, to assist with prepping, serving, and cleanup of client meals under the Dietary Manager's supervision. You will help maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure meals meet dietary guidelines.

Responsibilities include following the established menu, partnering with cooks, and keeping work areas tidy while prioritizing safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Follow nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate admissions and census needs.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to the established menu and diet orders.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, surfaces, and kitchen areas.
• Assist with inventory and kitchen operations.
• Report unsafe conditions or faulty equipment to the Dietary Manager.
• Maintain a positive and professional conduct with coworkers and clients.
