Qualifications

• Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up the dining room and serve residents.
• Assist the cook team in the preparation and service of meals and beverages using specific procedures.
• Maintain strict sanitation and quality standards.
• Store food safely and hygienically while working to prevent food spoilage.
• Accurately record meals served and monitor food temperatures.
• Clean assigned dining and food preparation areas using mandated procedures and following set schedules.
• Wash dishes and utensils according to the required standards of practice.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
