Job summary

The Grand is seeking an entry-level Cook/Dietary Aide to join our team in Oklahoma. You will prepare, serve, and help manage meals for residents while maintaining high sanitation and quality standards. A positive, hardworking attitude and attention to detail are essential.

Experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up the dining room and serve residents
Assist the cook team in the preparation and service of meals and beverages using specific procedures
Maintain strict sanitation and quality standards
Store food safely and hygienically while working to prevent food spoilage
Accurately record meals served and monitor food temperatures
Clean assigned dining and food preparation areas using mandated procedures and following set schedules
Wash dishes and utensils according to the required standards of practice
Other responsibilities as assigned
