Responsibilities

• Operates dish machine and food service equipment.
• Assist with tray line assembly and restorative dining programs.
• Food preparation as assigned.
• Cleans dish machine area and de-limes the dish machine.
• Stores clean equipment and utensils.
• Maintains sanitary condition of preparation and service areas.
• Helps to put away stock.
• Sets up dietary tray cards.
• Delivers food carts to resident meal service locations.
• Empties garbage and sanitizes cans.
• Maintains communication with residents, families and facility staff.
• Adheres to serving times and sanitation policies.
