Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners in Gilmer, Texas is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation, delivery, and service in line with regulatory standards. The role supports cooks and ensures cleanliness and safety in all work areas.

The position requires a ROCKSTAR attitude, English proficiency, and a Food Handler Certification. Evening and weekend shifts may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package and access to DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English, communicate effectively and follow verbal/written instructions.
• Food Handlers Certification required to be presented during orientation/before working in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook with food preparation and delivery and/or collect and wash dishes/utensils, ensuring highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Perform daily cleaning duties per sanitation, safety, and infection control policies.
• Safely utilize equipment and report maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Promote positive customer service with residents, family members, guests, and team members.
