• Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas
• Dispose of refuse and maintain cleanliness per policies
• Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies (FIFO)
• Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely
• Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and instructions
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment
