Winder Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our residents with meals that meet individual dietary guidelines. You will prepare meals, assist in dining areas, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment while supporting a compassionate care culture.

Ideal candidates bring LTC dietary or food service experience, a passion for high-quality patient care, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a LTC dietary or food service role is required.
• A passion for providing exceptional care and service to our patients.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation and portion control following dietary guidelines.
• Serve meals safely and hygienically to residents.
• Maintain accurate inventory of kitchen supplies and food items.
• Assist in setting up dining areas and maintaining cleanliness throughout.
• Participate in nutrition education activities for patients.
