Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide for a full-time Day/Evening role to support meal prep, service, and clean-up in a warm, resident-focused setting.

You’ll work with the dietary team on inventory and dining service, while upholding infection control standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; food service experience is preferred. Competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation.
• Serve meals to residents and staff with a positive dining experience.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure timely meal service.
• Maintain a clean kitchen environment following infection control policies.
