Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Warsaw in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team in a full-time Day/Evening role. You will help provide nourishing meals for residents and support a clean, organized kitchen.

As part of our dining services, you will assist with food prep, serving, and basic sanitation, while delivering friendly, person-centered care to residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, including food production, plating, and presentation.
• Serve meals to residents and staff, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to infection control policies.
