Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide for a full-time Day/Evening role to support meal prep, service, and clean-up in a warm, resident-focused setting.

You’ll work with the dietary team on inventory and dining service, while upholding infection control standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; food service experience is preferred. Competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement are available.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Dietary Aide will assist in food preparation, serving, and cleaning, while also providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, including food production, plating, and presentation
• Serve meals to residents and staff, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure timely and efficient meal service
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to infection control policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
