Job summary

New London Rehab and Care Center is seeking a reliable Dietary Aide for a 24 Hours Per Diem position. You will assist in meal preparation and service, keep a clean dining area, and support menu planning and inventory management while ensuring high quality service for residents and their families.

You will work with the dietary team to ensure smooth meal service, accurate records, and adherence to health and safety standards while providing excellent customer care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Dietary Aide/kitchen role.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of meals to residents.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
• Assist with menu planning, food ordering, and inventory management.
