Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and work assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Comfortable around cleaning agents and chemicals.
• Must be able to work every other weekend.
• Ability to perform tasks across food prep, serving trays, dish handling and area cleaning.
