Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse and keep areas clean per policy.
• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies (FIFO).
• Prepare Foods: Follow menu and recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Serve Meals: Portion and serve meals according to recipes and spreadsheets.
• Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes and cooking equipment.
