Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will contribute to nourishing meals and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes following dietary needs, safety guidelines, and teamwork with other staff, with opportunities for hands-on training and career development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies may apply depending on location.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
