• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse and uphold cleanliness in accordance with policies
• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies per standards (FIFO)
• Prepare Foods: Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely
• Serve Meals: Portion and serve meals per recipes and instructions
• Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes and cooking equipment properly
