Job summary

Polson Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently looking for a Dietary Aide to join our dietary department. We seek a team-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and supports our enhanced dining program with culinary excellence.

The role involves following production orders, arranging utensils and tray items, assisting with food prep, serving meals on time and at the right temperature, moving carts, and maintaining a clean work environment; adherence to safety and food-handling

Qualifications

• Required: Food Handlers' Permit.
• Knowledge of high standards of food service sanitation and safety.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read production orders on tray cards.
• Place items such as utensils, napkins, straws, condiments, and tray cards on trays.
• Perform food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Serve food on trays at proper time, attractive and at correct temperature; assist with prep as needed.
• Push carts to halls or kitchen.
• Wash dishes and clean the work area.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
