Responsibilities:

• Proper storage of all items
• Keeping all storage areas clean and free of clutter (including refrigerators)
• Cleaning the cafeteria between meals and events
• Keeping the kitchen area clean and sanitized
• Preparing specific food items as needed
• Assisting with special diet preparation and other functions as necessary
• Notifying supervisors of unsafe equipment or situations
