Universal Health Services in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Food Service Worker to support patient meals, assist in food preparation, stock beverages, and help keep the dining areas and kitchen clean throughout the hospital.
A High School Diploma is required; prior experience in food service and basic sanitation knowledge are preferred to ensure safe handling, proper temperature logs, and efficient service for patients and staff.
The Food Service Worker is responsible for the following: assisting with food preparation, maintaining an adequate supply of beverages, ensuring the cafeteria and dining room remain clean at all times, assisting in the preparation and delivery of patient meals and room supplies, operating the dish machine, recording temps on dish machine log, recording quat concentration ion sanitizing logs, recording food rotation log, assisting the cook as required and stocking kitchen necessities on each floor as required.
Education: High School Diploma required.
Experience: Prior experience in food service preferred with a basic knowledge of food service sanitation.
