Three Trails Behavioral Hospital in Independence, MO is seeking a compassionate and dependable Dietary Aide to support our Nutritional Services team. In this role, you will help provide nutritious meals and a positive dining experience for patients receiving behavioral health services.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous food service, dietary, healthcare, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with meal tray assembly, food portioning, and meal delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas.
