Job summary

Palmdale Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated dietary services professional to provide nutritious meals and age-appropriate care under supervision. You will support patients with meals per physician orders and maintain safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications include at least two years of food service experience in an acute care setting, with DSS or Diet Tech certification preferred, and ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• At least two years food service experience in an acute care facility preferred.
• DSS certification or Diet Tech certification preferred.
• Maintains certification in Food Service Sanitation by the Department of Health and/or ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• To provide food and nutritional care appropriate for all ages including infant, toddlers, pre-school, school age, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients as prescribed by physicians and under the direct supervision of the dietitian for age appropriate food items.
