Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must successfully complete an approved sanitation and safety course within 60 days.
• Specialized training in foodservice is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cook in the preparation and service of meals.
• Prepare and deliver food and trays, wash dishes and clean and sanitize kitchen.
• Read tray cards and follow established policies and procedures.
• Maintain records and complete reports as required.
• Interact positively with residents, clients and personnel.
