Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC in Bridgeport, TX is seeking a team member for a split shift on a 4 on 2 off rotation (2 days & 2 evenings) at the Bridgeport Medical Lodge.

You will perform a variety of tasks in the preparation, service and cleanup for meals served to residents in the nursing center, maintain a sanitary dining room and ensure quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.

Qualifications

• One year’s work in a large-scale cooking operation, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Split shift on a 4 on 2 off rotation (2 days & 2 Evenings)
• Responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the preparation, service, and clean up for meals served to residents in the nursing center.
• Maintains an attractive and sanitary dining room, meal service and delivery.
