Job summary

Avenue at Medina is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to join our post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing team in Medina, Ohio. The 3:00pm-7:00pm, part-time shift offers an opportunity to support residents with meals, setup, service, and clean-up in a courteous, resident-focused environment.

Ideal candidates read and write in English, can lift up to 50 lbs, stand and move for extended periods, and handle kitchen tasks safely. We provide a welcoming, team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and bending throughout shift.
• Manual dexterity for handling kitchen tools.
• Tolerance for heat, steam, and cold in kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and restock drink and hospitality carts.
• Assist with meal setup and delivery.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen areas.
• Set up and clean dining room tables.
• Support stock organization and trash removal.
• Complete daily cleaning assignments.
• Sweep and mop kitchen before shift ends.
