Job summary

Medina Center for Rehab & Nursing is hiring a Dietary Aide to join our caring team. Shifts available: 7a-3p or 12:00p-8:30p, with full-time and part-time options.

You will assist in meal service, ensure safety, and support residents' nutritional needs. We offer $14.00 per hour, health/dental/vision benefits (for eligible employees), paid time off and holidays, daily pay options, and a supportive work environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or healthcare experience preferred, but training will be provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Compassionate and respectful toward residents and their dietary needs.
• Must work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents in accordance with dietary guidelines and resident care plans
• Ensure food is handled, stored, and prepared safely
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining, and food service areas
• Deliver meals and snacks to residents with courtesy and care
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to meet residents’ nutritional needs
