Job summary

Medina Center for Rehab & Nursing is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing team. Shifts available: 7a-3p and 12:00p-8:30p. Pay rate is $14.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time opportunities.

Candidates should have strong communication and teamwork skills; training is provided. You will assist in meal service, follow safety guidelines, and help maintain kitchen cleanliness. Must work every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or healthcare experience preferred, but training will be provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Compassionate and respectful toward residents and their dietary needs.
• Must work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents according to dietary guidelines and care plans.
• Ensure food is handled, stored, and prepared safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining, and food service areas.
• Deliver meals and snacks to residents with courtesy and care.
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to meet residents’ nutritional needs.
