Lincoln Crawford is seeking a reliable Dietary Aide to join our dining team in Cincinnati. You will assist in preparing and delivering meals, maintaining a welcoming dining area, and supporting residents with care and service. This role requires compassion, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable with a solid work history.
• Compassionate and respectful toward residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal and snack preparation.
• Set up dining areas and serve meals to residents.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining areas, and equipment.
• Deliver food trays and assist residents as needed.
• Follow dietary guidelines and safety protocols.
• Work in the dish room and assist with kitchen duties as assigned.
