Job summary

Westmont Manor, HRC, LLC is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to enhance the dining experience for our residents. You will serve nutritious and visually appealing meals, assist in meal service, and ensure portion control while maintaining a clean dining area.

The position requires weekend and some holiday availability, ability to lift at least 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

• Set up meal trays, food carts, and the dining room to enhance the mealtime experience.
• Prepare and deliver snacks and additional dietary items as needed.

We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to enhance the dining experience for our residents. Mealtime is a crucial part of their day, offering both nutrition and socialization. Our culinary team plays a vital role in ensuring residents enjoy flavorful, nutritious meals in a welcoming environment.

Dietary Aide Requirements:

• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift at least 25 lbs. and carry items a minimum distance of 50 feet
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work at a fast pace with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills

As a Dietary Aide, you will:
