Job summary

Lanessa Extended Care in Webster, MA is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our culinary team. We offer both full-time and part-time openings on day and evening shifts with weekly pay at $18 per hour.

No experience is required and on-the-job training is provided to ensure success in this role. Responsibilities include following therapeutic diet cards, serving meals on time, maintaining food presentation, and assisting with sanitation and policy adherence.

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents. With no experience required, we offer on-the-job training to ensure your success in this role.

• Follow therapeutic diet cards as ordered by the physician
• Ensure proper serving temperature of food and beverages
• Deliver meals on a timely basis

Specific Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Must be able to follow oral and written communication
• Must maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc., and maintain the appearance of the dining service areas
• Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing dietary practices
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
