Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with all food functions as directed, following established food policies and procedures. You will review, prepare and serve meals in accordance with planned menus and standardized recipes, including special diets, while ensuring sanitary standards are met.

You will help maintain a clean, safe department, prepare and deliver snacks as instructed, and support a friendly, patient-oriented dining experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level, they are currently functioning.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders. Also ensure food, etc., is prepared in accordance with sanitary regulations.
