Swan Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team on a Per Diem basis in Patchogue, NY. You will be part of our food service team, ensuring quality care for residents with strong communication and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Portion and serve food items to residents.

• Assist with food preparation and meal setup as needed.
