Rio Grande Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation, portioning, and service for residents. You will stock and maintain a clean kitchen and dining area, ensuring meals meet dietary guidelines and safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable communication, and a positive attitude to support residents and the dietary team in delivering quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dietary or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to established dietary guidelines.
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and meal assembly.
• Stock supplies and maintain an organized kitchen and dining area.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, state, and federal regulations.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to provide an excellent dining experience for residents.
