HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC is hiring a Dietary Aide at Bon Secours Tiffin Hospital. You will join the dietary team, assist patients with menu selection, and deliver meals promptly while delivering outstanding service to ensure patient satisfaction.

The role requires 18+ years old, good hygiene, and strong English communication; culinary experience is preferred. Flexible day/evening/night shifts are available, with background checks and eligibility verification required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients.
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner.
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

We’re looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our culinary team!

As part of the dietary team, assist patients with menu selection and deliver their meals in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.
