Job summary

HHS is seeking a friendly Patient Ambassador to join Frye Regional Medical Center's dietary team. You will assist patients with meal selections, deliver meals, and provide excellent service to ensure patient satisfaction.

This full-time role includes day/evening/night shifts and requires a commitment to teamwork and patient care. Prior culinary experience is a plus, and location is Frye Regional Medical Center in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients.
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner.
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

• Wage: $14.50/hour

• Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required
