Job summary

HHS, LLC is hiring a Dietary Aide at Bon Secours St Francis Health System Eastside to assist patients with meals, help with menu selection, and deliver meals on a timely schedule while ensuring orders and diets are accurate.

This full-time position requires good English communication, teamwork, and a neat appearance; culinary experience is a plus. Flexible day, evening and night shifts are available, with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare).

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients.

• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times.
• Adhere to the facility's health and safety policies and procedures.

We're looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our culinary team!

As part of the dietary team, assist patients with menu selection and deliver their meals in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.
