As a Dietary Aide at Noble Care Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met and exceeded. We are a 99-bed Skilled Nursing Facility serving the Stockton community, and we are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, delivery, and storage in accordance with established protocols and procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized dietary department, including the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces

• Assist with menu planning, food ordering, and inventory management

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff members

• Work closely with the dietary team to ensure seamless meal delivery and service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in food service or dietary aid role (training provided for the right candidate)

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
