Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our nursing center, ensuring patients/residents receive meals in accordance with regulations and company standards. You will assist with food service, set up meal trays, and help with daily cleaning and cart delivery.

The role is on-site in Reading area, offering a wage of $15 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and additional programs for employee support.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure safety and well-being of patients/residents and visitors.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Safely handle food and equipment according to all policies and procedures.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties
