Purpose of Your Job Position

The primary purpose of this position is to assist in all food functions as directed and in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Education

Must possess, at minimum, an 8th grade education.

Experience

None required; on-the-job training provided.

• Ability to interact tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the public.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm; ability to handle residents at their current maturity level.
• Willingness to learn and incorporate new methods and principles into food practices.
• Must not pose a health or safety threat to others.
