This is a temporary, part-time position, with a pay range of $16.00/hr - $17.00/hr. Candidates must be available on weekends.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare meals according to planned menus and authorized substitutions.
2. Serve palatable and attractively presented meals.
3. Follow portion control procedures when serving.
4. Prepare food for therapeutic diets as specified.
5. Manage tray line operations and serve on tray line as needed.
6. Prepare food based on standardized recipes and special diet orders.
7. Inspect special diet trays for accuracy.
8. Prepare and serve nutritional bedtime snacks for residents.
9. Ensure proper equipment and utensils are available for residents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
