Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order
• Prepare meals under supervision
• Deliver dishes and trays to rooms at scheduled times
• Clear dining areas and collect used dishes
• Dispose of leftovers and manage waste
• Clean food stations and wash dishes and utensils
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory levels
• Assist with expense tracking and menu planning
• Maintain kitchen equipment and appliances

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dietary aide
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines
• Ability to operate cookware and kitchen appliances
• Good communication skills and friendliness
• Physical stamina and good health
• High school diploma or equivalent; food service certification is a plus
• Must pass a criminal background check
