Arcadia Care in Springfield, IL is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with food functions according to policies and procedures. You will review, prepare and serve meals per planned menus, and help deliver snacks, ensuring sanitary standards are met. This role supports a clean, safe dining and kitchen area.

The ideal candidate shows patience, a cheerful disposition, and good teamwork to care for residents with varied needs. Prior food service experience is a plus; on-site training will be provided.

• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.
