Job summary

Arcadia Care is hiring a Dietary/Kitchen Aide to support new facility operations. You will help prepare, serve and tailor meals to planned menus and special diets while maintaining sanitary standards.

The role involves assisting with meal prep, snack delivery, and keeping the kitchen area clean and safe. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, and a cheerful, patient approach is essential to work well with residents.

Dietary/Kitchen Aide

Job Summary:

New Facility Opening! The Dietary/Kitchen Aide is responsible for aiding all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders. Also ensure food, kitchen, facility etc., is prepared or kept in accordance with sanitary regulations.
• Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Prepare & deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
• Assist in preparation, cooking and clean-up of meals and prep areas.
