The Fast Track Apprenticeship Program - Culinary Track offers employees an opportunity to advance within their role, gaining expertise, earning potential, and college credit toward an Associate Degree. The ultimate goal is for you to become a Certified Lead Cook, with Trilogy covering the certification costs if you qualify.

What you'll be doing:

• Participating in our Culinary Apprenticeship Program to grow your career
• Serving meals to residents in our healthcare campus
• Assisting with daily cleaning duties, including work tables, refrigerators, sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
• Setting up dining areas, meal trays, and food carts as instructed
• Assisting cooks in meal preparation
• Joining a growing company recognized as a Best Place to Work across four states

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a restaurant setting is a plus
• Ability to serve food and beverages in a fine dining environment
