As an essential team member, the Dietary Aide assists in all food service functions to meet patients’ dining needs in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your responsibilities include helping with food preparation and serving, while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior healthcare experience preferred
• Prior food service experience preferred

Specific Job Requirements

• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
• Maintain professional relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
• Use reasoning skills and good judgment to perform duties effectively
