Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook is seeking a Dietary Aide in Savoy, IL for a part-time role with 0 to 23 hours per week. You will support cooking staff, assist with dining room service, and help create a pleasant dining experience for residents.

The position requires weekend availability, a high school diploma or GED preferred, and a state-permitted food handler license where required. Benefits are offered for full-time staff where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, assist the cook, take residents' food and beverage orders, and serve residents promptly and professionally.
• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Set tables according to company standards and service guidelines.
• Serve residents and guests beverages as requested.
• Review daily menu with residents and assist with special events and banquets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting and clearing tables, assisting the cook, taking residents food and beverage orders and serving residents in a timely professional manner.
• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Set tables in accordance to Company standards.
• Serve residents and guests beverages as requested.
• Review daily menu with residents.
• Remove used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, linen from the dining room as needed.
• Adhere to Quality standards and standard food safety practices.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• When applicable acquaint new residents with menus, seating, and dining options and hours.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
• Create a strong sense of team work and cooperation among all staff.
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Qualifications
