Job summary

White Blossom Care Center is seeking a reliable Full-Time Dietary Aide to assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals for our residents, while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.

This role offers consistent hours across the week with rotating weekend shifts, a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, retirement), and opportunities for career advancement within our culinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare food service preferred.
• Food Handler Permit required or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation, snacks, and beverages according to dietary plans.
• Set up dining rooms and assemble food trays accurately based on resident diet cards.
• Serve meals to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and dining areas after meals.
• Assist with unpacking, storing, and rotating food stocks while following food safety standards.
• Follow local health department regulations and facility safety guidelines.

In this role, you will assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals to our residents while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.
