Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our senior living community. You will provide friendly, efficient service to residents, families, and staff, assist with dining, safety, and sanitation, and help ensure high quality meals.

The role requires Serv-Safe certification or willingness to obtain, strong teamwork, and the ability to follow procedures. We value CAPLICO principles and a commitment to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must possess Serv-Safe certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.

About The Opportunity

Ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to all residents, staff and guests. Assist with meeting or exceeding residents’ dining expectations. Ensure proper cleaning, storage, and availability of all dining services cookware, dishware, etc. Keep food prep, dining areas and/or dish room areas clean and sanitary. Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures and high quality of food preparation and presentation.
