Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our senior living community in Saint George, Utah. You will support dining services, ensure friendly, timely meals, and help maintain sanitary kitchen and dining areas.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to food safety. Prior Serv-Safe certification or willingness to obtain it is required. Join our patient-centered team and help nourish residents daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient service to residents, staff and guests.
• Assist in meeting or exceeding residents’ dining expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper storage of dining equipment.
• Keep food prep, dining and dish room areas clean and sanitary.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure high quality meals.

About the Opportunity

Ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to all residents, staff and guests. Assist with meeting or exceeding residents’ dining expectations. Ensure proper cleaning, storage, and availability of all dining services cookware, dishware, etc. Keep food prep, dining areas and/or dish room areas clean and sanitary. Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures and high quality of food preparation and presentation.
